The TalentCulture HR Tech AI Impact Awards will recognize outstanding technology across key HR functional areas, emphasizing how AI has matured to become a core component of the solution. There can be multiple winners per category.

Judging Criteria
How Entries Are Evaluated
Criterion 01
Innovation & Intentional AI
Evaluates the innovation, design and creativity of the technology. Judges will look for agentic AI capabilities and how the solution delivers intentional, high-priority applications that solve real business problems rather than superficial features. Must indicate key differentiators that make the product better or more valuable than other market solutions.
Design & Differentiation
Criterion 02
Effectiveness & Measurable Impact
Focuses on measurable benefits. The score is heavily weighted on the Client Case Study — assessing the degree of effectiveness and the impact of the solution. Must include concrete supporting data such as retention rates, cost per hire or engagement scores directly attributed to the system.

Product Demo & Integration (pre-recorded preferred)
15-Minute Pre-Recorded Demo Mandatory
Criterion 04
Sustainability & Culture
Determines the sustainability of the organization and its product. Evaluates the company behind the technology — reviewing customer service, how the firm cares for its people, social responsibility, community support and external ratings on G2, TrustRadius, Capterra, Software Advice and Glassdoor.

- Target customer size
- A clear Problem Statement describing what specific business problem the technology solves
Mandatory
Pre-Recorded Product Demo Video
A recent pre-recorded 15-minute video product demonstration highlighting key features and differentiators is mandatory. Demo video access must be granted through September 30, 2026.
Optional — Strongly Preferred
Client Case Study
- The customer’s specific problem
- How they found the solution provider
- Key results directly attributable to the system
- Measurable results showing how AI positively impacted the customer
Confidentiality
Confidential Materials
Clearly label anything private — such as customer names or revenue — as confidential. Only the TalentCulture judging team will see it. TalentCulture will sign NDAs if necessary.
